Campus Technology Assistant
Keeping Our Campus Connected
The Campus Technology Assistant provides day-to-day technology support for students, teachers and staff, helping ensure that digital learning tools and resources are available and functioning effectively. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; supporting classroom technology such as computers, tablets, interactive displays, projectors and instructional applications; and assisting with device setup, updates, and basic maintenance.
The Campus Technology Assistant also supports online testing platforms and digital assessment tools, maintains technology inventory, and serves as a liaison between the campus and district technology services. In addition, students and staff receive guidance on responsible technology use, digital citizenship and proper device care to promote a safe and productive learning environment.
