Welcome to Isaacs Early Childhood School!
It is with great joy that I welcome you to a place where every child is seen, valued, and inspired to grow. At Isaacs, we believe that the early years are the foundation for a lifetime of learning, and we are honored to be part of your child’s journey.
Our school is a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where curiosity is encouraged, play is purposeful, and each child’s unique development is supported with care and respect. Our dedicated educators use evidence-based practices and a child-centered approach to foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
We value strong partnerships with families and believe that open communication and collaboration are key to a child’s success. Together, we can create a positive and enriching experience that lays the groundwork for a love of learning.

Fannysteen Mays
Hello. I am Fannysteen Mays and I am honored to be apart of the Skaggs Family as your Assistant Principal. This is my third year at Skaggs. I was born in Charleston, South Carolina and moved to Texas in high school. I am a proud HBCU graduate of Grambling State University (Louisiana) and the University of North Texas, where I received a Master’s degree in education.
My educational career started in 2001 with Plano ISD. I taught at Thomas Elementary for 13 years and then began my administrative journey at Dooley, Memorial, and Rasor Elementaries and now Skaggs!
I am married to my college sweetheart and we are blessed with two energetic, outgoing, and talented sons who have a love for the arts. Our oldest son, is a junior at the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. And our youngest son is a senior in high school. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my loved ones or binge watching something on a streaming platform. Singing, traveling and eating out at restaurants are also things that bring me joy.
I always enjoy connecting with staff, students, families and the Skaggs community.
